Q: Do I pay ASC for my new car?
A: No. You will buy your new car directly from a factory
authorized dealer, that way you'll receive all the guarantees, warranties and
rebates available. ASC's name will not appear on anything. Your name will
appear on all documents related to your purchase.
Q: Does ASC work with every make and model?
A: Yes. Since ASC works with every dealer in the United States,
there are no limitations that are inherent to pre-arranged deals and dealer
networks.
Q: Am I obligated to purchase a car from ASC when I hire you?
A: No. Since we work exclusively for you, we are able to work
without conflicts of interest. If a vehicle comes in damaged or wrong, ASC
sides with our clients, never obligating our clients to buy a car. We are a
research company. We don't sell cars; through our research we provide
information to our clients.
Q: I don't like negotiation. Can ASC assist me?
A: Absolutely! If you would like us to negotiate a car you have
already located, we can do that. If you would like us to teach you to be a
better negotiator , we can do that too. If you would like to locate a car and
then negotiate on it, we can help you even more.
Q: Do I get Lemon Law protection?
A: Yes. When you buy a new car, you will receive all the Lemon Law
protection provided by law. Check with your Attorney General's office for
further details on your state's Lemon Law.
Q: Who receives the rebates?
A: You do. Be cautious when signing the paperwork when buying your
new car. On occasion, buyers sign documents that give the dealers the rebate in
lieu of the customer (without the buyer's knowledge). Although this deceitful
practice is not frequent, it can occur.
Q: Who gets the warranties?
A: You do. All the warranties that a factory offers will go to
you.
Q: What about loaner cars and special things like that?
A: Any special arrangements or special benefits that a retail
customer receives, you will receive. This includes loaner cars, free oil
changes, etc.
Q: What does a price bid include?
A: The price bid includes everything except the tax and license
fee for the vehicle.
Q: Can I use my old car as a trade-in?
A: Yes. Technically the trade-in of an old car is a separate
transaction, but in some cases there are some advantages to trading in your
car.
Q: When do I pay ASC?
A: You pay us when you ask us to start doing work for you. Since
this is a package of services and we start incurring expenses the moment you
ask us to go to work for you, we ask that you pay us when you order our
services. Additionally, we are working for you and our work is not contingent
on you buying a car or not buying a car, so there is no reason you would not be
paying us for our service.
